For today’s Tuesday Tunes, I’m going to highlight something my wife and I just discovered, thanks to Netflix: The Flight of the Conchords, which was in its first season on HBO last year, thanks to Netflix. Somebody recommended that we should watch it. We’ve seen the first six episodes so far. Just see how many musical allusions you can pick up on beyond the obvious (for the last video) in these excerpts from those episodes:

I’ve only seen a couple of their clips on YouTube, but I love these guys. I downloaded their album from iTunes, and it’s hilarious. My husband thinks “Business Time” is one of the funniest songs he’s ever heard. Thanks for sharing the video!
